The waste gas treatment rate reaches more than 95%, and VOCs emission is far lower than national standard. If the equipment is operated normally, a center will reduce VOCs emission by 5.8 tons per year.

Through cooperation with the sheet & spray center, not only the environment is protected, but also the input of equipment and labor cost is reduced. The construction period of vehicles for repair is short and the quality of spraying is high.

At present, each spray center serves small maintenance enterprises within 5-10 km of the surrounding area. According to the first mock exam, the municipal eco environmental bureau has also organized two pilot projects in the field of steel structure painting and rubber, and has organized 3 construction sites in Jiaozhou. 1 have been built and 1 are being built in Pingdu City.
